  2. Sometimes, sage users come across serious problems while accessing this accounting software. One of them is ‘Report not loading’ error on sage and this problem occurs while loading the report on sage. It displays an error message on screen saying ‘the report could not be loaded’.

  3. Continue….. If you also facing the same problem, then follow some quick methods given below provided by the techies of Sage Support in order to fix ‘not loading problem’.

  4. Continue….. -Run this software as an administration • Firstly, you have to right-click on the software icon and then select properties from the menu. • After that click on the advanced tab and then click on the box next to ‘run as administrator’.

  5. Continue….. • After that, click on Ok button and if prompted, then click on continue. • Then click continue if the user account control window appears.

  6. Continue….. • Then you have to enter an administrator username and password and then tap on OK. • Now you have to open this accounting software using the amended shortcut.  Then load the report.

  7. Continue….. -Check whether the show hidden file is enabled or not. If it is disabled, then enable it. -Create a backup of reports

  8. Continue….. • Go to the settings option from the main interface of the program and then click on ‘company preferences’ and then go to the reporting tab. • Now, you to select ‘use data path’ for report settings and then click on OK.

  9. Continue….. • After that, run the report again and then again select ‘use data path’ for original settings. • Now check whether the report is running or not. If yes, then the issue is fixed.
