  2. Sage is ultimate accounting software which has simplified accounting to a great level. From automatic payrolls to keeping records of miniscule of transactions, Sage has proved its worth and value in the corporate world. Now coming to an important aspect that is back up, Sage has been imbibed with some incredible features.

  3. Continue….. If you want to keep back up of your daily transactions, then we know, it will be tiresome to do that same process everyday and for this Sage has an automatic Backup utility where you only have to enable it to avail its benefits.

  4. Follow the procedure below to enable scheduled backups • Open the software and login to your account. • Click on the File tab on the menu bar for drop-down menu • Select Scheduled backup and then settings.

  5. Continue….. • You can alter the settings as per your wish: • You must backup the schedule which allows you to input how many times you want to run the back up. • Select the companies you want to apply this utility to.

  6. Continue….. • If you wish to store the data directly into the Microsoft OneDrive, put a checkmark near the OneDrive option. • Other than the default account data, you can select other file types that you want to include in the backup.

  7. Continue….. • C:\SageBackups is the default storage space of such backups. Here you have an option to use alternate drives, but you will have to add the same folder there as well.

  8. Continue….. • You can also customize the location at a much deeper level. Click on edit folder and can choose your wanted location.

  9. Continue….. • You cannot create any backups if the server runs out of disk space; however, the software allows 20 GB of space in the server hard drive. • Click on save option to finalize the changes.
