PROJECT’S OBJECTIVES • Improve participants' knowledge of CSR and transnational contractual issues(health and safety, work-life balance, vocational training, demography, gender policies). • Exchange good practices on negotiated agreements and CSR policies. • Provide participants with contractual tools and strategies to foster CSR and national/company implementation of transnational agreements. • Identify measures and initiatives to adapt social dialogue to changes. • Identify shared tools to help employees and companies anticipate and manage the impact of crisis and restructuring.
