  3. How? One stop solutions proposes the following list of activities in order to make the event a grand success. Right from the point of conceptualization of an idea to its execution and implementing it will be the sole responsibility of the team . What we propose is: (c) One Stop Solutions

  4. The Invites We will not hand over a normal invite to the invitees, instead what we propose is a customized invite that will serve as a memento and a memory of the occasion. It also adds to the ‘wow’ factor and also leaves a lasting impression. (c) One Stop Solutions

  5. The Stage The Stage will be an elaborate setup with a central space that will be the space used for the launch gambit. There will be a big lighting rig to ensure support for the lights, lasers and the smoke machines for the launch. We also propose to have two side wings that shall project messages on the screens on either sides. (c) One Stop Solutions

  6. The Sound and light Light and sound: We will use state of the art light and sound at the venue. The lights will include sky trackers, par cans, strobes, lasers etc. A high end sound system also will be included to create the desired effect during the event. (c) One Stop Solutions

The Decor • On the outside of the venue we will have customized flags along the driveway that shall be lit up. • We will light up the entire building with sufficient lighting to give it a grand festive look. • We will also decorate the venue with colorful drapes and give it a festive atmosphere.   8. The welcoming We will have elegant hostesses who will welcome the guests in the evening. The hostesses will be dressed in Traditional attire and will maintain uniformity. They will lead the guests to their respective seats. (c) One Stop Solutions

  9. MC • We will have an MC who host the evening on behalf of Epitome builders. • The MC take over the evening right from the welcoming till the end of the function. • He will interact with the guests, play fun games and take the people through the evening.

  11. The dance troupes We will use a two dance troupes who will keep the guests entertained with their performance. The free style troupe will perform 5 dance sequences while the contemporary dance troupe will perform 3 dance sequences. (c) One Stop Solutions

  12. Magician We will have a magician who will perform walking magic tricks. This magician is not going to perform a magic show in general but will walk across the venue, personally interact with the guests and also teach magic. (c) One Stop Solutions

  13. Caricature Artists We can have a caricature artist who will paint caricatures at the venue. These artists can be employed to draw caricatures of the guests free of cost. The caricatures can also be given away framed to make the day a memorable one. (c) One Stop Solutions

  14. Videographer & Photography • Will use high end videographers & Photographers to cover the entire event. • They will make sure that they capture moments of the evening that will form everlasting memories. (c) One Stop Solutions

  15. Conclusion We at team One Stop Solutions believe that an event as the one proposed here will definitely create the necessary hype and also help in Epitome reaching its objectives.
