Objective is to increase the mobilization potential of the IRR Marine!
Request orders utilizing ROWS
Program managed entirely by CG MOBCOM
NO COST to requesting units
Government billeting/lodging directed where available
3. 3 RCT Guidelines Available ONLY to members of the IRR RUC 88801 to include MTU Marines RUC 88900
Normally 2 week duration but can be up to 28 days per Fiscal Year
MOS-related training or required Marine training
Limited by rank (E1-E7; WO1-WO3; O1-04)
Funds cover all Pay and Allowances, travel, lodging and M&IE
4. 4 RCT Benefits Not limited by gender specific billets/units since IRR Marine isn’t joining the unit!
Augmentation for FEX, AT, Live Fire range details
Pre and Post Deployment support
This engagement opportunity may trigger Marine to join SMCR unit or go active again!
Drill weekend or AT training support; drivers, RSOs, admin clerks, supply, aggressors/role players, instructors, etc…
