  7. HOW WE SEE IT Even if we don’t notice, neon is all around us. Neon is the color in our T.V.’s. Neon is a gas. When it gets very cold, it becomes liquid. It is a good liquid to use in cryogenics because it won’t combine with other elements used in cryogenics. We also may see neon in lasers and glow-in-the-dark items.
