  3. EMA/SSB Page samples CASES21 download page (Government Schools) There is no longer any need to run the CASES21 EMA/SSB student data exports. This step must now be initiated through the EMA/SSB system. Option 1 (which is the default) is the correct option to use if you have not yet ‘promoted’ your students in CASES21 for 2012. * All data is test only

  4. EMA/SSB Page samples Add Application page EMA may be paid by EFT or by cheque. For parents of prep or year 7 students, EFT details must be entered for the SSB payment to be made. Clear indication of payment methods * All data is test only

  5. EMA/SSB Page samples Search Applicant page Click the ‘More Criteria’ button and then ‘SSB Recipients’ if you wish to do a quick search for parents receiving SSB. Extra Status selections for possible SSB duplicates and SSB applications with no bank details * All data is test only

EMA/SSB Page samples There is no additional data entry for SSB recipients – other than the requirement to enter banking details.The system automatically identifies which parents are eligible for SSB based on the student’s year level.
