  2. Information is constantly being exchanged and processed within a business or organization. Dish Network, a satellite TV company, has become one of the leaders in providing at home and mobile TV entertainment. Dish Network has set up many call centers where customers can call in for assistance with their service or bill. It is therefore imperative that employees be updated with the most accurate information. Needs assessment

  3. Customers end up receiving outdated or misinformation when they call in. This is a problem that needs to be minimized as much as possible. Needs assessment

  4. What should be available for employees are updates that are delivered directly to them as soon as they become available. Needs assessment

  22. Training module blueprint

  23. To evaluate my design plan I will be using a Subject Matter Expert and a peer evaluator. They will both be provided with the appropriate link to my online module to go through and complete. They will then meet with me in person to submit feedback on the training module. I will use their feedback to make any necessary changes to my training module. The Subject Matter Expert is my friend and co-worker Oscar A. Medrano. He is extremely tech savvy and very knowledgeable with regard to using Twitter and other online services. He will be able to judge my module and make sure it is correct with regard to information and steps needed. Formative evaluation

  24. My peer evaluator will be Zmelda Garcia, she is also a long time friend and co-worker. Zmelda is part of what I consider to be my target audience. She has basic computer skills and she will be able to go through the module to make sure it is understandable.

  25. This training module will go over the necessary step needed for learners to set up their own Twitter accounts to receive updates from their employer. By using Twitter this will allow companies, in this case Dish Network, to send out updates directly to employees, thus eliminating the issue in the workplace where employees are not being kept up to date on new updates and information. After completing this training module, learners should feel confident with setting up their own Twitter accounts. summary
