ESP Status • It exists… • 40+ systems live, and staying live • Working to improve efficiency, quality (E2E User Experience) • - NIC Systems • - GP Pan User Group • Scope expanding • - 20 ISTCs (170 sites) under ECN –December 2006 • - Summary Care Record started (go live March 2007) • - Social Services starts 2007 (towards eSAP, ESCR) • - Anticipating work on Out of Hours (NHS Direct, Adastra), Screening (Newborn Hearing), Dentists • (Note: LSPs responsible for departmental system integration, not ESP)
