  3. Assembly • Registration of new germplasm samples • Checked for redundancies • Database manipulation • Querying • Editing • deleting • adding records to passport data

  4. Characterization Once the accessions registered in the database, characterization and evaluation data of the assembled germplasm is essential to facilitate its utilization.

  5. Inventory • Maintaining in two types • - Active collection • - Base collection • Report for next testing accessions list to be tested • Quantity updation of active or base collection • Archival data

  6. Distribution • Maintain the distribution details properly and acquiring the reports simultaneously • After register request, request to be processed by withdrawing the required quantity of accessions from the genebank throw electronic balance • Quantity recorded directly into computer from balance, then finally deducted from database

  8. Regeneration • Facilitates to generate accession lists for regeneration whose germination and seed quantities are matching genebank curator’s criteria • After generating accession lists, lists to be saved • After rejuvenated old data of accessions replaced with the new data
