  1. THE PROJECT OF COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPACE. "SPACE INITIATIVE OF KAZAKH BUSINESS" Project cost: 250 million USD Implementation period: 2012 - 2015 years Project Participants: "Kazakhstan Invest & Trade group", - "AELITA" AOKRISP - The developers of new technologies, - INVESTORS

  2. TARGETS OF THE PROJECT. STRATEGY AND TACTICS PROJECT TARGET: Creating of the conditions for commercial exploration of the space, Moon and planets. PROJECT STRATEGY: • To create new devices that can move around in space, starting from the outer space. • To create a generators to produce electrical energy directly from the "space" without the destruction of matter: coal, wood, oil, gas, nuclear fuel ...). • To create a space communications with signal propagation speed higher than the speed of light. • To create a laser protection based on pervasive ultra gamma radiation ... TACTICS OF THE PROJECT: - To use conversion missile weapon systems and potential of "Baikonur" cosmodrome. - To join forces of advanced scientific power to overcome conservative "academic science" that ignores the fact of substationary of the space, i.e. the presence of the physical properties in cosmic vacuum. - To develop new scientific discoveries which would prove the existence of physical properties in cosmic vacuum to mass applications of new vehicles, electrical supply and communication to reduce the cost of space projects and ensure the attractiveness and profitability of private investment in space.

  3. Grounding of the Project Reality • The space vacuum has the properties of the physical body with which you can interact to move and generate electricity. • • The longitudinal electric wave traveling at a speed higher than the speed of light can occur in the space vacuum. • • Space Vacuum has tremendous energy (billions of times more than humanity need) as the physical body, containing the stars and galaxies, and a borderline state of matter between physical and virtual reality. • These proofs are based on existing of physical laws, confirmed the discovery of new physical phenomenon and creation of working models: • -It is not a jet engine, which "pushes" of space (model with a thrust of up to 5 mg strength), • - The emitter of longitudinal electric wave

  5. Explanation of the scheme of the Project implementation until 2015. • World space powers have developed many space vehicles (SV) and the life support systems of astronauts, but the colonization of space constrains the high cost and unreliability of delivery rocket into space and absence of nonreactive propulsion capable to push away of space but not of themselves, to move in space. All satellites move in space as "a bullet fired from a gun" due to the speed obtained from the rocket or booster, which makes them vulnerable to the slightest error when running from the Earth. Controllability of spacecraft is very limited and there are currently no effective opportunities to prevent or correct the error. It remains only to observe the loss of the spacecraft not being able to get it back or send it help. 2. As there is no permanent source of electricity, communications and rapid means of laser protection from any kind of danger. 3. Just to make a breakthrough in the key space technologies: propulsion, communications and telecommunications, reliable and uninterrupted power sources (nuclear alternative), and finally, laser protection, you can achieve LEADERSHIP in the colonization of space, at a cost of 1,000 or more times less expensive that will make the Project more attractive to investors.

  6. THE PROJECT STAGES, part 1. - Creation at Baikonur cosmodrome "the first international space port" in the form of Joint Stock Company. The spaceport will have its own space launch system based on technology "Zenit" and conversion of Russian mobile missiles. - Further development of the know-how of key technologies to complete the final product ready for service or for sale, - Creation in each direction the key technologies relevant enterprises in cooperation with international suppliers of satellite services, - Provide space services: - Union Global network of telecommunications, navigation and Earth monitoring, - Transshipment space stations for receiving goods from the Earth through "space ferry" and then send goods to different parts of the space, - Fleet patrol spacecrafts to prevent unauthorized access to space, collection of space debris and help in distress, - Terrestrial spaceports for acceptance and integration of the blocks of cargo in the space, - Space freight and passenger traffic.

  20. The benefit from the PROJECT realization • The capacity of the global space market for the period 2010-2015 is estimated at least $ 500 billion (excluding the ISS, bases on the Moon and Mars), of which only 10% is the cost of space vehicles, and 90% ($ 450 billion) is the cost of the output space of the spacecraft. • ISS is now worth about $150 billion (including the collapse of the program). ISS weight is 300 tons. We find that the cost of 1 kg of ISSis $500 thousand/Kg, including the cost of delivery to space (90%) is $ 450 thousand/Kg! • Development of the space services market is hampered by lack of cheap and reliable means of movement in space and cargo delivery to space from the Earth. • Analyzing Rocket carrier "Proton" (Russia), it can be concluded that the extraction efficiency of payload (spacecraft) into different orbits will be: - to a height of 2000 km (20 t) - 2.85% - $3,140/kg - to a height of 15000km (4 tons) - 0.57% - $15,853/kg - to a height of 36,000 km (2,4 t) - 0.34% - $27 083/kg - Average $16,000/kg • Analysis of the data shows that the colonization of space (a distance of 400 -1.5 million km from the Earth in the first stage) is impossible with rocket means, as the cost of delivery to a distance increase of 1,000 times or more.

  21. The benefit from the PROJECT realization • Also, an obstacle to the implementation of space programs is the lack nonflow(requiring no refueling) thrusters for propulsion in space and correction of satellite orbits. • The satellite is held in orbit (like a bullet fired from a gun) due to the speed provided by the missile and booster. If the satellite will be more or less than this, it will leave the satellite orbit. The electro jet propulsion are used to maintain the satellites in a given orbit and adjust the position of the satellite in space. The main drawback of such propulsion is that they are limited in resources and can not be refueled in space. • The New non-reactive vehicles in space will provide to "SC" (spacecraft) unlimited ability to move in space: the maneuver, jump from one orbit to another, and hover over the object or move the object along the world for its monitoring. • "SC" equipped with the new engines of non-reactive, will not be held at a given orbit with a huge speed received from boosters and will travel in space literally "grasping" and "pushing" directly from space. • At the present time, there was developed a model of non-reactive non flow propeller and propulsion two 5 mg strength, which we call - "Vacuum Electromagnetic Propulsion (EMVD)." These propellers can already be used to correct the satellite orbits and "KA". The theory substation propulsion with thrust up to 300 grams of force creation was developed. • In the future, after appropriate research and experimentation, will create a more powerful propulsion units, with a thrust of up to 1,000 kg, which will give an opportunity to deliver goods directly to space from the Earth.

  22. The benefit from the PROJECT realization • The above shows the high attractiveness of the project. The implementation of this project will permit: - to become a leader in the manufacture of nonreactive engines - bring under control at least 50% of the world market of space services, - get access to the world of space technology in the construction of space vehicles through cooperation with international space manufacturers, - get the leading position in the "colonization of space."

  23. The institutional arrangements of perspectivedevelopment of the PROJECT To implement the project as a whole it is necessary to create a corporation, consisting of: • Center for the Development of Space Technology - «Space UNIVERSAL Ltd. Company», • International Space Transportation Company: «Space Shipping Company» • Center for Global Earth monitoring and fleet of spacecraft • Centre for Space Law and the Center "space landholdings" • Mission Control Centre and security. • Association of International Space producers • Center for the provision of electricity from new sources

  24. Technical and economic parameters of the Project, part 1 • Substantion (non-reactive propulsion) with a thrust of up to 500 grams of force: cost 25 million USD • Completion of scientific research to the final product (power generators, radiators, space communications,) cost 25 million USD 3. First International Space Port in Baikonurcost200 million USD.

  25. Diagrammic layout of communications satellites (about 200) in geostationary orbit

  26. The Hotel in space • The design of space hotelsis prepared. There we can usespace conversion of existing strategic missiles as delivery vehicles without ensuring the accuracy of the output of cargo into orbit. Further loads in orbit will be taken by "orbital tug" with our propellers and delivered to an assembly hotel. Each block of the hotel will be provided by our propulsion, allowing the hotel to relocate after the assembly itself at a point in space.

  27. Flooding of the satellite in the ocean can be avoided by using our nonreactive Propulsions and "Parom" system. • The life of satellites in space is 5-15 years, due to using up the fuel to correct orbits. Satellite loses speed and falls to the ground. Refuel satellites and fuel can not be easier to launch a new satellite. Our movers do not need fuel and operate on electricity indefinitely and allow the satellite to move in space, without limitation, due to a limit of fuel on the board of the satellite.
