1. Policy of Kasym khan. The greatest power the Kazakh khanate has achieved in the first quarter of XVI c., especial within board of Zhanibek’s son- khan Kasym (1512-1521). With the beginning of his board the authority has passed to Zhanibek’s descendants. Kasym-khan was the successful commander, participated in many fights.
Kasym supported friendly relations with khan of MogulistansultanSaid. Said offered to Kasymthe organization of a joint campaign to Tashkent at the end of 1513 y. But Kasym has evaded from the offer, having referred to necessity "to think of wintering's as gathering and construction of an army at this time are impracticable ".
Borders of Kk have extended up to Yaik(Ural) river basin, in the south of possession’s Kasymreached Syr-Darya, in the north and north-east reached far for Ulytau and Balkhash lake.
For the first time after the Mongolian conquest of Kazakhstan almost all Kazakh kins and tribes were incorporated in one state. Kasym khan called “Collector of Kazakh lands” The number of citizens of Kasym khan was defined by contemporaries approximately one million person.
2. Policy of Kazakh khans of XVI c. Kazakh khan -Tahir(1523-1533) has failed in struggle with the Nogay Horde, unsuccessfully tried to win Syr-Darya cities. Khakk-Nazar khan tried to restore the right of Kazakhs on the lands, which formed huge territory of the Kazakh khanate at the boarding time of Kasym khan.
In 1586 y. Tauekkelkhan has grasped a number of cities in Turkistan, tried to take Tashkent. In the period from 1586 up to 1594 he had to assert the right on the throne in long struggle against other Kazakh sultans, Khakk-Nazar’s sons.
Tauekkel khan friendlyrelations with Moscow state. So, in 1594 y. Tauekkel khan sent ambassadors in Moscow for an opportunity of the military union for struggle against Uzbek khan. Tauekkel in 1598 has undertaken a new campaign to Central Asia. Then he successfully finished the long struggle for Syr-Darya cities. In one battle he was hardly wounded and has died in the same year in Tashkent.
3. Kazakh khanate in the of ruling’s Tauke khan. Strengthening of the Kazakh khanate during board of khan Tauke (1680 - 1718), the union of Kazakhs with kyrgyzs and karakalpaks have weakened for some period joungar impact on the Kazakh lands. During their attack in 1680 to Southern Kazakhstan only Turkistan was not plundered, because there was khan Tauke with army.
Khan Tauke managed to normalize political situation in the state. He has undertaken a number of measures for raising khan’s authority, over comings of nobility separatism of nobility, consolidation of people. At him the arch of common law “Zhety-Zhargy”, defined the main principles of the law and order and a state system was made .
