National News • Presidents budget level funds Perkins • Additional request for $100 million in competitive CTE innovation fund • Additional $10 million for “Pay-for-Success” projects that would prioritize programs for disconnected youth, expand rural access to CTE, and increase technology in the classroom • Overall focus on ‘wide’ opportunity gaps and achievement gaps across the nation
