Primitive Sporting Arms • MUZZLELOADERS • one of the rules of muzzleloading safety is to never prime or cap a muzzleloader until you are ready to fire. • If you are not sure if the muzzleloader is loaded then use a marked ramrod to check it • the ball or shot charge must be seated against the powder charge
