Sally Doty - An Experienced Politician

Senator Sally Doty wants to improve the state of Mississippi. Since she was appointed to office, she has worked hard to put an end to teen pregnancy. One of her goals is to decrease the rates of poverty and child poverty in her district and state. She also wants to improve the health of the residents of Mississippi by preventing teen pregnancy as well as combating interpersonal violence.

  1. Sally Doty An Experienced Politician Sally Doty is an experienced politician. She was elected to the Mississippi Senate in 2012, and has spent her time in office helping her constituents. She is on the Human Trafficking Taskforce, and she is the Chair of the State and Local Action Committee for the Governor’s Taskforce to Prevent Teen Pregnancy. She is dedicated to improving Mississippi and helping all of the people she represents.

  2. Sally Doty Dedicated to Her Constituents Sally Doty, the Republican Senator of District 39 in Mississippi, is completely dedicated to her constituents. She has been appointed to several task forces and has taken action to help improve the state of Mississippi. She has worked hard to put an end to interpersonal violence and human trafficking. She is devoted to her state and serves as chair of the Elections, Vice Chair of Judiciary A, and is a member of 9 other committees. One of her goals is to decrease the rates of poverty and child poverty in her district and state.

She is dedicated to her state and improving the quality of life for all of her constituents. She has had a hand in several different bills and pieces of legislation that work towards helping the residents of Mississippi and improving the state overall. She is working towards eliminating domestic and personal violence while providing resources for victims of these crimes.

She has three children, two of whom are still in their teens and loves spending her free time having fun with them. She always enjoys attending their extracurricular activities and supporting them in any way she can. Part of her reason for joining the State Senate was to make Mississippi a better place for her kids, and they would likely agree she has succeeded.
