  4. Evaluation Weighting Panels (Local Authority/Service Users) Clarification / negotiation meetings (where necessary Amend bids (where necessary) Submit final bids

  5. Timetable Bids by 14.00 on Friday 15th June Clarification / negotiation meetings – Monday 2nd July to Tuesday 31st July Amended bids – by 14.00 on 3rd Sep. Funding agreement awarded – Mid September Start date – 1st October
