MAINTAIN, DON’T GAINGoal: Maintain body weight over holiday seasonSign-up: November 15-November 30Program Dates:5-week weight maintenance program1st weigh-in dates: Dec. 3-7 (receive information packet) Mid-point check: Dec. 17-21Final weigh-in dates: January 7-11All weigh-ins must be scheduled with staff.Welcome Packet: Information about program and protocols, health club coupons, weigh-in dates and scheduling procedures, midway point procedures and schedule, specialty class date/timeWhat to do:No more than 2 pound increase if starting weight is less than 175 pounds.No more than 3 pound increase if starting weight is over 175 pounds.Activities provided:Specialty aerobic class30 minute one-on-one nutrition counseling session with trainer/wellness associate mid-way (optional weigh-in, not counted)Prizes:Each person that attains their goal will receive a prize.Each person that attains their goal will also have their name put into a drawing for a chance to win a One-Hour Swedish Massage!
