  2. WHAT IS 4WALLS • 4WALLS, a new and innovative comprehensive community wellness center, was specfically designed to revolutionize the life change that is necessary to transform lives. • What started as an idea in May 2010, 4WALLS was established as an Limited Liability Company in April 2014.

  3. THE VISION • 4WALLS will strive to be the leader in a new innovative approach to improving the lives of the community by caring and empowering through self-reliance.

  4. MISSION STATEMENT • To continually influence and address the need to educate individuals to strive and walk with one foot in their dreams and one foot in reality.

  5. THE PHILOSOPHY OF 4WALLS • To provide individuals the opportunity to develop positive and healthy experiences and relationships while providing a safe environment for them to express themselves effectively, which will directly enhance their emotional boundaries, minimize identity issues, and empower life dreams and goals.

  6. HOW DOES IT WORK? • Through a concept design, 4WALLS strategically allows the individual to be the center of attention, surrounded by four walls of services. • Each wall of service will be developed to address the needs identified.

THE COLOR PROGRAM • The Color Program is an education program model that specializes in training individuals to develop and utilize characteristics and skills in order to pursue life dreams and goals. • Staff will work closely with each one individually and will provide appropriate assistance for all those who may need or require it.

THE COLOR PROGRAM • The Color Program will also provide team oriented building activities and exercises which will enhance social and leadership skills. • The unique thing about the The Color Program is that everyone must complete the program at a satisfactory level in order to participate in Wall’s 2, 3 and 4.

  10. THE ALI THE PHILOSOPHER CENTER • The Ali The Philosopher Center gives individuals the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings in an assertive, positive manner while feeling safe and secure.

THE ALI THE PHILOSOPHER CENTER OFFERS • Assistance in developing writing skills • Editing, Freelance and Creative Writing Services • Reading and Reading Comprehension Tutoring • Essay, Journal and Short Story development • Creative Idea Development • Critical Thinking and Writing Services • Existential Thinking Excersises

  12. DR. BRICE MEDIA CENTER • The Dr. Brice Media Center is a full-fledged media center at 4WALLS that specializes in music and other forms of creative arts in the digital realm.

  13. DR. BRICE MEDIA CENTER • Everyone will have the opportunity to receive entry-level training in career paths that are popular today such as Music Recording and Production, Beat Making, Songwriting, and Creative Writing and Video.

WHO WE ARE • Dr. Brice's Neighborhood Center was constructed to meet and address the needs of the community through the administration of services and programs. • It is conveniently located within 4WALLS. • Includes an after-school program, aftercare mentoring and master's level counseling services, and life skills training.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER 4WALLS accepts all members of all ages of the community with proper identification and authenticity verification. • Complete the 4WALLS Information Card and/or call to schedule an consultation. • Meet with 4WALLS staff, determine what services are needed, and schedule an appointment for the Registration and Intake Assessment. • Complete the 4WALLS Registration and Intake Assessment and determine start date.

  19. ENROLLMENT • Secure method of payment. • Complete the BioPsychoSocial Assessment. • Determine and schedule weekly appointments. • Begin the process of change in your life!

  20. PROGRAM EVALUATION • Everyone enrolled at 4WALLSwill complete a 4WALLS Dream Plan which will determine and track progress and ensure goals are being achieved. • Staff will complete progress notes to monitor progress on a weekly basis.

  21. PROGRAM EVALUATION • Members will have the opportunity to win rewards and prizes for successful completion of daily, weekly, and monthly goals. • In accordance with NJ state requirements and regulations, all members of 4WALLS will be divided into zones, with each zone being assigned to the staff at 4WALLS.
