Introduction to the Water Cycle It's recess time and you have to stay in and watch another movie! Where does all this rain come from? How do we get our water and will it ever run out? Without water what would we do?
Your Task… This is your chance to teach us something about the water cycle. You will use the internet to gather information about the water cycle. Then you will show the importance of evaporation, precipitation, and condensation. After you have completed that, you will create a poster explaining the cycle.
The Process… Visit the websites on the next page in order to answer the following questions to help you better understand the water cycle. 1. How does the water cycle work? 2. Define evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. 3. Where does the water cycle begin? Once you have collected your information, construct a poster showing how the water cycle works using your creativity and knowledge of the process.
