We are all gathered here for Eucharistic Celebration. Please observe silence. Talk to God. Pray for others.
Entrance Hymn GLORY AND PRAISE TO OUR GOD Glory and praise to our God, who alone gives light to our days. Many are the blessings he bears to those who trust in his ways.
We, the daughters and sons of him who built the valleys and plains, praise the wonders our God has done in every heart that sings.
Glory and praise to our God, who alone gives light to our days. Many are the blessings he bears to those who trust in his ways.
In his wisdom he strengthens us, like gold that’s tested in fire. Though the power of sin prevails, our God is there to save.

Then someone came and said,” It’s no use bothering Jesus any more. Your little girl has just died.” But Jesus took no notice and said to Jairus, ”Don’t worry. All you have to do is trust me.”
When they got to Jairus’ house, there were lots of people there and they were all crying. So Jesus said,” What’s all this for? The little girl isn’t dead, she’s only asleep.” But no one believed him. So Jesus sent everyone out of the house. Then he went into the room where the little girl was lying and he took with him only her mother and father and Peter, James and John.
Then he held the girl’s hand and said “Get up, little girl.” And she did and walked around the room! Her father and mother were so surprised they just didn’t know what to do, so Jesus told them to give the girl something to eat. The Gospel of the Lord. All: Praise to you Lord Jesus Christ.
