John XXIII Multi Cultural Community Center • Site Information: • ESL, Citizenship Tutoring • Group of 4 (1:2 tutors to 4 seniors) • Requirement: Completion of John XXIII Program Packet, Fingerprinting, TB Test, Receipt of Handbook, Medical/Emergency Contact Information, Confidentiality Form • Seniors – Both Chinese and Vietnamese learners • Wear SJSU Tower Card badge • Sign in process (Receptionist and 2nd Level SHINE Binder) • Complete Tutor Agreement Form • Tutoring Schedule • Monday through Friday • 9:30 – 11:30am • 1:00 – 3:00pm
