  3. Where we started • 2002 Pilot group of 27 practices nationwide • SCCC was the first to be certified in Florida • 9 Practices statewide

Adopting the foundation of quality • Learning from the past • Staffing • Up to date on RN’s Chemo Certifications/ BLS • Treatment planning • Meeting timed intervals for treatment planning • Documentation • Patient education, Informed consent • Documentation • Patient education, Informed consent
