  5. Proposition Given that the official term of council has been pushed back to 1 September 2013, should we align council and push it back until the end of October? Section 8.2 Constitution • ALSA Council Meetings … must be at least a September Council Meeting, a February Council Meeting, and …during the Annual Conference.
