Mayor Wood & Lebaron did not want any input from Citizens or Landlords. In Council Meeting, July 31, 07, we felt the result! • Why Not Enforce 10 Year Old “Code Enforcement Ordinances” imposing Fines and Fees for Rental Problems, Zoning issues etc…? • Court Results - CODE ENFORCEMENT: • Current Fine and Fees are not Tracked. 4 Years Not Tracked? • Fines are Very Low and Often Dismissed.
