They will need to spell the words correctly and put them in the correct sort. January 7-11 I hope everyone had a great holiday and enjoyed their break. I know I sure enjoyed a little time off with my family. Thank you so much again to everyone for your incredibly generous and thoughtful gifts. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate each one! I also want to thank everyone who contributed to our party and all the wonderful ladies who volunteered their time to plan it and set everything up. It definitely was a success! This week we will be working on the digraphs sh, wh, ph , endings –ed, -ing, and –s, subjects and verbs, cause and effect, contractions and writing to inform. January 7: First day back January 10: PTA Board meeting 9am January 12: Happy Birthday Hudson! January: 17: Happy Birthday Cole! January 22: Culver’s Spirit Night • This weeks Math focus: • - Describing attributes of objects • -Using attributes to sort a set of objects • -Looking carefully at a group of objects to determine how they have been sorted We are investigating magnets.
