About BIO One-on-One Partnering™ A proprietary software developed by BIO that allows selected registrants to utilize an online database tool to: • Search company and investor profiles • Evaluate potential collaborations and funding opportunities with participating companies • Communicate directly with prospective investors and senior business and scientific management • Pre-schedule private One-on-One meetings
Value of Partnering By participating in One-on-One Partnering™ at a BIO event, your company will: • Gain visibility through an online profile • Leverage your latest business developments, such as products and assets • Secure space and time for your important meetings in advance of the event • Promote your company presentation (if applicable)
Creating a Company Profile New Users: Create New Profile (Click “Company Information”) Returning Users: Import Profile (Click “Past Company Profiles”)
Company Profile Overview • Complete basic information to activate your account • Highlight company accomplishments • Create searchable, published profile for other companies to see All profile information is searchable!
Accessing Delegate Profiles • Select “Profiles” • Select “Delegate Profiles” from the Quicklinks toolbar • Select yourself from the list of delegates from your company (under “Manage Accounts”) • Enter information and “Save”
Editing a Delegate Profile • Edit information about yourself • Include social media links • Update your email contact preferences with BIO
New Meeting Requests 1: Click “Request Meeting” 2: Type in company to meet with 3: Edit Availability and Participants from your company 4: Insert a targeted subject and message 1 2 3 4
Message Center Meeting Status: • “Requested” (sent but no replied) • “Accepted/Agreed to” (accepted but not yet scheduled – may NOT be scheduled due to no availability) • “Scheduled” (agreed to and scheduled for a specific date and time). • “Canceled” (the meeting has been canceled by one of the parties involved) New Feature: Search functionality in the Message Center
Responding to Meeting Requests • Check meeting status • Edit availability and delegates attending To accept a meeting, hit “Accept”. To decline a meeting, hit “Decline”. “Reply Only” to a meeting that you are uncertain about and ask for more information. Scheduled meetings will appear in the Calendar
Cancelling Meetings To cancel a scheduled meeting or a sent meeting request: • Click “Cancel Meeting Request” • Enter a note or reason for the cancellation • Hit “Yes”
Search “Basic Search” and “Advanced Search” allow participants to perform detailed searches for: • Companies • Drug Assets • Market Products • Services
Additional Features Types of Searches: • Basic Search (shown) • Advanced Search Information Sources • Company Directory • Delegate Directory • New Companies • Bookmarks Search results can be exported to PDF and Excel just like the Calendar! Export to Excel Export to PDF
Calendar You can: • Keep track of meetings and presentations • Mark your availability for partnering • Compare delegate schedules within company
Calendar: Setting Your Availability • To participate, you must be available during at least one half-hour timeslot. • “Check” the half-hour timeslots you are available • Click “Save” You must be marked “free” for at least one half-hour to send meeting requests. MORE CHECKS = MORE MEETINGS!
Calendar: Saving Schedules • Click on “Company Schedule” under the Calendar menu • To save:Export the page into Excel by hitting the icon • To print:Export the page to PDF for printing and later use Export to PDF Export to Excel

Signing in for the First Time… When you log in for the first time, all icons will be inaccessible (they are grayed out) Click on “Profiles”

Changing Your Password 1 To change your password: • Select “Change Password” • Enter new info • Hit “Submit” 2 3 “Password has been changed” confirms this action.
