Our bespoke machines and systems are all carefully thought out and planned to deliver and exceed our Customers specific individual requirements, with value and reliability being paramount throughout. Our flexibility allows us to offer a wide variety of construction styles and methods of operation to supplement or enhance existing process equipment. An inclined elevator with low level bulk hopper fitted with modular belt to feed vegetable and salad products into a multi-head weigher and bagging system. The hygienic construction is ideally suited for wet conditions and washdown. A self contained vegetable processing system using a combination of plc controlled vision technology and pneumatic actuators to operate and control a series of linked modules for totally automated preparation of the product prior to packing. A stalk and leaf removal system for Brussels sprouts using a high speed travelling cutter with vacuum extraction at the point of cut connected into a high flow elutriator with all waste product being channelled into a single point. A laser alignment device retro fitted as an upgrade to a number of existing salad filling lines to improve quality and reduce wastage by assisting accurate positioning of sandwiches and wraps prior to cutting and packing. A self contained fruit packing system consisting of de-nesters, multi layered conveyors and ergonomically designed operator stations to process product and packaging from storage through to tray sealing and end of line packing. A mesh belt steamer conveyor for potato products with sealed hooded enclosure, integrated control system and insulated pipework arrangement manufactured as a bespoke unit for integration into an existing production processing line.
