  2. Mpls is a hot topic nowadays but not every person is sure about it. Let’s talk about if it is or not?

  3. Mpls allows customers data to be kept separate from others data through specific labels with the pre-determined path.

  4. But the point is MPLS Secure?

  5. Maybe yes, no one is sure about it but there is no inherit encryption is within it.

  6. Enterprise doubt on Mpls network securitycan encrypt their data before it leaves their site.

  7. This will solve the problem of lack of encryption abilities within Mpls network itself.

  8. The threats from MPLS usually depend on how MPLS is being used.

  9. According to “Ivan Pepelnjak” (famous author of networking) Mpls is pretty well designed, and pretty well implemented.

  10. But if you misconfigure something, you may have a problem.

  11. In precise Mpls network security and Mpls, privacy cannot be particularly defined if it is secure or not.
