  9. Section 1, Vs. 1-10; God’s grace plan for our lives when we have His Wisdom in our souls. The even verses are commands, the odd are blessings.

  10. 1st Command-Blessing:Vs. 1, We are not to forget God’s Word by storing it in the heart of our soul:TORAH – Bible Doctrine.MITSVAH – Its principles and precepts.

  11. Vs. 2, If we do “they will add” a long life of service and Divine good production, with peace; inner mental stability and +H, (SHALOM).

  12. 2nd Command-Blessing:Vs. 3, - Command “Kindness”- CHESED, Operating on the basis of grace orientation by having God’s Word in your soul. This is having the “Christ like” nature.

  13. “Truth” - EMETH, Bible Doctrine in your soul.

  14. When a believer has Bible doctrine in the soul his character is so changed and revitalized from the inside out that he has a dynamic life before the Lord.

  15. “Bind them around your neck.” “Bind” – QASHAR, “tie, bind, or bind together.” A reference back to Prov 1:9, that signified guidance and protection via Faith Rest. Prov 2:8, 10-11; 3:22; 4:6, 11; 6:21.

  16. “Write them on your heart.”“Write” - KATHAB, Getting doctrine into the six compartments of the heart of your soul via GAP. Prov 6:20-21; 7:1-3

  17. Remember that your life really is what you think. Prov 23:7,“As a man thinks, so he is.”

  18. With Wisdom it will govern your soul with the result of outward adornment, which is your application of God’s Word that others see.

  19. The 2nd Blessing, Vs. 4:“Find Favor”, MATSA, “To attain or find” and CHEN, “favor, or grace.”

  20. When you operate under PSD #5 “Grace Orientation”, you will receive grace back from both God and man.

  21. Being oriented to God’s grace you live with a Relaxed Mental Attitude, and as a result you have a wonderful relationship with God as well as with man.

  22. “Good Repute”, TOB “good, pleasant, agreeable”, and SEKEL, “prudence, insight, understanding and wisdom.”

  23. God and man will look upon you as a wise individual, one that “accurately handles the word of truth,” 2 Tim 2:15, and you will have a good reputation with them.

  24. It includes the idea of competence and effectiveness, and therefore a reputation for prudence.

  25. Prov 13:15,“Good understanding produces favor, but the way of the treacherous is hard.”

  26. The sinner and vial have a bad reputation with others but the righteous man will have a good reputation with them.

  27. Phil 4:8-9, “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.”

  28. Phil 4:9,“The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.”

  29. “In the sight of God and man.” Your relationships in this life do not depend upon your personality, your physical attractiveness, your possession of status symbols.

  30. It depends entirely on what goes on in your soul. The principle is “garbage in, garbage out” versus “righteousness in, righteousness out.”

  31. Too many believers utilize their human resources and assets and Cosmic thinking to attract God and others to themselves.

  32. Luke 2:52,“And Jesus kept increasing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”

  33. This blessing can also be applied to you, if you mix doctrine stored in the heart of your soul with faith and apply it in your spiritual and physical life.

  34. Grace Offering Prov 3:9-10, “Honor the LORD from your wealth and from the first of all your produce; So your barns will be filled with plenty and your vats will overflow with new wine.”
