C Series Stainless Design Benefits • SEALLESS - No Mechanical Seal, Magnetic Drives or Packing. • SELF ADJUSTING - Maintains the delivery/ pressure performance over time with automatic disk/cylinder wear adjustment. • DRY PRIME - Self priming and able to dry-run for up to 10 minutes. Capable of complete line stripping of suction and discharge pipes of residuals. • 3A APPROVED - 3A and EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment Design Group) certification, All wetted parts have a 0.8 Ra finish. • CIP - Pump is designed to be flushed and cleaned in place without disassembly and has the capability to be completely drained. • HIGH VOLUMETRIC EFFICIENCY - Pump is able to maintain a constant flow rate at a given viscosity throughout its pressure range. • LOW SHEAR - Very careful handling of the product (Ultra low agitation and shear)
C Series Ductile Iron Design Benefits • Sealless • No Mechanical Seals • No Magnets • Hermetically Sealed • Integral Relief Valve • (ductile iron version only) • ANSI Compatible Flanges • Self Adjusting • Self-Priming & Draining • High Volumetric Efficiency
