Playing the odds • 20 children will die in school bus accidents in the US this year • Your yearly odds are 1 in 27,500 – pretty safe • In your 100 bus fleet, odds are 1 death every 275 years • But, on average, in New York State, 2 children will be killed each year • Who is your team?
