    3. Our goal is to inform you how over 2.2 million people are trapped in a “Hell on earth”

    4. What you will learn The State of Texas is in breach of Contract. 2.2 million Texans are subject to 2nd class citizenship because of this default. You can make a difference!

    13. The Fraud of Deferred Adjudication (Endangers you, hurts many,and is unconstitutional)

Justice John Paul Stevens "...The whole point of [the deferred adjudication probation] statute is to avoid having to formally adjudicate the defendant's guilt unless and until he demonstrates that he cannot abide by the terms of probation set by the court. If the defendant successfully completes his probation, his offense is essentially expunged..."

    15. What does Expunge Mean? Simply, to clear your record. When dismissing a case, the State of Texas promises to essentially clear your record. Consider the following legal definition..

Legal Definition of Dismissal Texas Criminal Code 42.12 Section 5(c): "...Except as provided by Section 12.42(g), Penal Code, a dismissal and discharge under this section may not be deemed a conviction for the purposes of disqualifications or disabilities imposed by law for conviction of an offense..." AND Texas Criminal Code 42.12 Section 20: "... If the judge discharges the defendant under this section, the judge may set aside the verdict or permit the defendant to withdraw his plea, and shall dismiss the accusation, complaint, information or indictment against the defendant, who shall thereafter be released from all penalties and disabilities resulting from the offense or crime of which he has been convicted or to which he has pleaded guilty..."

    17. Did you get that? A Dismissal may not be deemed a conviction for the purposes of disqualifications or disabilities imposed by law for conviction of an offense..." WILL NOT BE TREATED AS A CONVICTION!!!!

    18. Unfortunately Deferred Adjudication is a Fraud! THE STATE OF TEXAS is defrauding people into accepting Deferred Adjudication with the promise of a dismissal, and the arrest not being treated as a conviction.

    20. As a result There's no such thing as a Second Chance in Texas. A one-time offense becomes a lifetime of discrimination. The wrongly accused still suffer the consequences of a conviction.

    21. The Fraud of Deferred Adjudication Laura M. writes'-”15 years ago I was a battered women. My abusive husband at the time got me involved in a crime. I was arrested and a shortly thereafter divorced and left that relationship for good. I took Deferred Adjudication as a way of getting a second chance in life. I got my degree in education, but now am ineligible to become a teacher. The State of Texas is treating my dismissal as a conviction. The abuse continues” Leon H. Writes- “12 years ago I was arrested for a felony offense, which by the way I was innocent of the charge. I accepted Deferred Adjudication and have not been arrested since. Since that time,I earned a bachelors degree in criminal justice and have tried to better my life. However, the State of Texas treats me as a convicted criminal and I have been denied employment and housing. I only have one question, what happened to my Second Chance at life? Pete H. writes- “7 years ago I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor. I was innocent of the charge. However, Deferred Adjudication was presented as something that was the least expensive way of accomplishing what I wanted, A Dismissal. Oh my gosh what a trap. Now I can't volunteer at my kids school, coach their little league team, get a real estate license, and the list goes on and on. No way in the world would I have accepted deferred adjudication if I had known it's treated as a conviction.” Greg S. Writes- I was arrested 17 years ago and falsely accused by my wife at the time of a heinous crime against my children. I took deferred adjudication because I didn't want my children to suffer through a trial, especially since deferred adjudication was a way to dismiss the case Visit TAJLR.COM for literally 100s of stories just like these.

    22. Did you read those stories? 10 years, 7 years, 17 years, and 28 years of suffering because the State is in BREACH of Contract. People can not get occupational licenses, are denied public and private employment, are denied housing, insurance, etc...
