  11. Major Causes of LDRSHIP Crisis • THE PASTOR • No adequate training-( Knowledge and Spirit) • Self Centeredness – No divine call • Character • Lack of Management skill • Motivation • Dedication

  12. Major Causes of LDRSHIP Crisis II • THE BOARD • Appointment without a spiritual Consultation • Inexperience Board • Unhealthy rivalry • Misunderstanding of their role and responsibility • Lack of Team Spirit

  13. The Effect of LDRSHIP Crisis • Exposes the Church to all other Crisis: • Membership • Financial • Spiritual • God is not always happy with the Leadership when they cannot manage their crisis.

  14. Get Rid of Leadership crisis…. • THE PASTOR • IDENTIFY A PASTOR BY: • His call • His anointing • His Character • His commitment • Track records

  15. Get rid of Leadership Crisis….. THE BOARD MUST…….. • Never be selected without adequate consultation with God. • He is an accountant.. he could also be an accuser • Understand their roles and responsibilities to the church Acts 1:15-26
