  4. On the field • He is one of the best captains in the NFL • He makes everyone around him play better • The colts fare much better with him, as their previous records with him compared to this year without him would prove that • He calls most of the plays in game

  5. With the Team • He was unable to play this year due to neck energy • He was at every game this year helping out players, or play calling, doing whatever he can to help • He is very dedicated and sets a good example
