RELAXATION – Two Types Mind Body • Clear your mind • Meditation • Mantra’s • Hypnosis • Squeeze muscles tightly then RELAX • Top to Toe • Hands, Mouth &Feet!
SELF- TALK - TASK Negative Positive • I can’t do this Listen to your Negative Thought and write them down. Replace them with your own Positive thought. Become a positive person. Replace with a Positive: (e.g.) • I CAN do this • Bring it on! • Smash it up! • Triggers • STOP! • NOW! • PERSONAL TO YOU IF YOU THINK YOU WON’T DO SOMETHING - YOU WON’T!
