30 Day Follow-Up Plan Fortune is in the Follow-Up! If you don’t, someone else will! • WHY • Builds a sure foundation through building relationships • Most effective way to spend doTERRA time – creating value for others • To make a difference in others lives • HOW • Be authentic and sincere • Identify THEIR Needs by asking questions • Ask – then LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN! • Set specific time to have an additional follow-up • 2 new contacts, 4 days /week • WHEN • NOW!! Don’t wait for weeks • Identify best time for them for follow-up – then stick to it • Don’t give up • Plan on at least 3 times in the first 30 days Follow-Up 1: • Did they receive their doTERRA Package and oils and do they have any questions • Do they have a Modern Essentials Book, help them get one if not • Follow up with other specific information you have identified they need from your initial contact • Make them aware of on-line sites they can go to for help Follow-Up 2: • What experiences have they had with the oils so far? • Success / Failures • Questions about usage? • Do they know how to order more oils when they run out? • When can you get together to show them how to run the LRP Orders & Web-Site • Do they know of anyone else who could use these oils? • Would they like to host a class? When? Follow-Up 3: • Do they know of anyone else who could use these oils? • Would they like to host a class? When? Follow-Up 4: • How did they feel their class went? • When would they like to host another class? • Three Pathways (if you haven’t already discussed it) Before 30 day ends: Once you have determined what their path will be with doTERRA, you can then determine placement on your team. Send an email to placements@doterra.com to change sponsorship before their 30 days is up. After the first 30 Days: After their first 30 days you will have identified what ‘path’ they want to take with doTERRA. No matter what that is, you are still responsible for continued follow-up and assistance with your new member. Many times people will change which path and go from a Consumer to a Builder – always leave that door open for them, and continue communication with them. Everyone matters!!!
