New Mexico Secretary of State OBJECTIVE: • The 48th New Mexico State Legislature, First Session, 2007 passed House Bill 184 . “Uniform Revised Limited Partnership Act”. • The Secretary of State’s Office must have this module in operation by January 1, 2010. This module is also used for all partnerships organized in New Mexico. • At this time we are changing vendors and will be contracting with RecordFusion to develop this system for the SOS.
