  5. HOW EACH COURSE HELPS YOU DEVELOP Breadth Each Level 3 course has a range of topics. You work through these over approx. 2 years, to gain a broad base of Skills and Understanding

  6. HOW EACH COURSE HELPS YOU DEVELOP Depth As your Level 3 course continues, you will think in much more depth, using higher order thinking skills etc.

  7. HOW EACH COURSE HELPS YOU DEVELOP Application You will also increasingly apply what you have learned in new and unfamiliar situations

  8. LEVEL 3 LEVEL 4 DEVELOPING CONSOLIDATING SECURE Once you have completed Level 3, you are ready to start Level 4 You move through a level from Developing to Consolidating to Secure as your teacher helps you • Think and understand in more depth • Apply what you have learned in new situations
