New Email Alerts for Department Labor Schedulers Invalid Labor Schedule Lines AlertWhat ChangedDepartment Labor Schedulers will receive email alerts informing them of invalid Labor Schedule lines for the current pay period (within their Labor Org.) What triggers the Alert?When a PTA on the Labor Schedule is invalid. ContentThe email alerts will include: Employee Name, Assignment, Project, Task, Award, Labor Schedule line %, Start Date, End Date, and an explanation of why the lines are invalid. When will the email alerts be sent?Twice a month – on the 12th and 27th – beginning April 12, 2008.Note:When there are multiple Labor Schedulers per department, the email notifications will be sent to each individual in the department with Labor Scheduler responsibility. New Employee Alert What will changeDepartment Labor Schedulers will receive email alerts informing them a new employee has been hired within their Labor Org (including transfers.) What triggers the Alert?A new employee is hired and/or transfers from another department. ContentThe email alerts will include: Employee Name, Assignment Number, and the employee’s effective start date in the new department. When will the email alerts be sent?Every time a new employee is entered or transfers departments in PeopleSoft. Note:When there are multiple Labor Schedulers per department, the email notifications will be sent to each individual in the department with Labor Scheduler responsibility. Trovix Reminders • Request access for hiring managers • SUNet ID & Name • Do not use “On-Hold” for the job status field • Use Do not Post • External Posting when Requisition is not posted • Add a note on the job requisition • Notify OSE to take it off the external sites • Job Watch List • Resumes are automatically routed to the user’s email account • No log in access to Trovix • Resumes count incorrect on the requisition • Click the right arrow on the last page of the candidates list and the resume count is correct.
