  3. Opening Comments 2015 ASO Spring Job Fair 13 April 2015 Henry B. Gonzalez Center

Recruiting Committee • Guest Speakers • Recruitment of speakers is ongoing • Have secured 2 speakers to date • Dr. Phil Johnson, President, University of Texas San Antonio • Mr. Bob Johnson, CEO, United States Automobile Association • Businesses • Many businesses have shown interests in setting up boths • The following businesses have confirmed • USAA • Valero • AT&T

  5. Fair Venue Committee • Venue has been secured • Henry B. Gonzalez Center in downtown San Antonio • Exhibit Hall A will be used • 521’ x 186’ • Booth Setup • Vendors can setup 24 hours in advance • Committee will have volunteers to assist vendors

Publicity/Miscellaneous Committee • Publicity • Flyers have been posted all over campus • Email has been sent out to student union • Secured airtime spot on campus radio • Miscellaneous • Coordinated with San Antonio Police for traffic management • Transportation will be available from campus to fair • Seminars will be delivered on resume and job interview techniques
