  3. Adopt-a-Block • Adopt-a-Block—Vicki Englich (Community Liaison) • Remember to clean your blocks! • See her if you: • Have a block & can’t remember where • Want a block to adopt

  5. ASO Meeting 9/6/12 • Alex Kromminga (Director of Conduct & Citizenship) • New Chalking Guidelines • Student Conduct Code/Policies

  6. Chalking Guidelines • Chalking must adhere to published university policy and regulations. • Horizontal Surfaces • Must be where rain can wash it away (not under overhangs) • Chalking must include non-offensive language. Chalking must be done with water-soluble and non-permanent chalk. • Anyone in violation of these guidelines will be notified and have 24 hours to remove the chalking.

Display Cases • 8 new display cases upstairs (where the line for the cafeteria gathers) • Rotating Monthly for clubs that do not receive a case. • Senate Display Case • ½ of their case will become a calendar for clubs upcoming events. • All Display Cases • We will be reassigning display cases. • Application Process. ASO Meeting ~ 9/6/12 • Announcements: • Homecoming: October 15-20, 2012 • Theme: BLAST FROM THE PAST • www.winona.edu/sal/homecoming.asp • Committee members—applications due 9/9/12 • T-shirt design contest—submissions due 9/17/12 • Other t-shirts for sale: • Cannot use any reference to WSU if there are words/images depicting alcohol or drinking, drug use, or foul language. • Cannot use any student activity funds to pay for the printing of apparel for fundraising. • Think about what you want your club/org to be known for if you choose to make shirt. It may affect your recruiting.
