Pt. 540-5-83 Age 71, White Male Presented with asymptomatic lesions on right and left buccal mucosa. Lesions were multiple pale yellow granular-like spots/bumps 1-2mm wide with distinct borders. Lesion remains in epithelial layer only. Lesions become more obvious when mucosa is stretched.
