Goals • Learn to be independent (Self-directing with support) • Self-study (Learning from each other) • Unite as one (participating with each other) • Develop talents • Accept responsibilities • Practice self-discipline
Team Spirit • Raise Team’s Reputation • Create Friendliness in Team • Planning Everything • Create An Cheerful Atmosphere • Fair and Sincere
Raise Team’s Reputation • Team leader has to keep discipline, self discipline • Avoid doing bad deeds • Bad reputation for himself and for his team
Create Friendliness in Team • Team has to be like a family • Help each other • Respect each other
Planning Everything • To success in anything, it is needed to: • be prepared • research thoroughly • find solutions, plan actions • share responsibilities • then all members determine to finish what need to be done.
Create An Cheerful Atmosphere • When everyone is happy, the works get done faster. • Team leader needs to keep a cheerful atmosphere in the team.
Fair and Sincere When everyone share responsibilities equally, things will be done. When everyone are frank to each other, everyone will respect each other and better the team. • Team Leader has full power • Team member follow the direction • Everyone understand his/her own responsibility • Voluntary participation with discipline • Constructive and uniting spirit
