  1. Configuring EDGE (Internet) using PC Suite Hardware & Software Requirements: • PC with windows 98/2000 (service pack 4)/XP (service pack 2) operating system. • PC suite or appropriate softwarefor respective Handset must be installed. • EDGE enabled Handset. • EDGE P1/P2 activated SIM. • Internet settings must be installed in Handset as default profile • Data cable/Irda device/Bluetooth device Lawrence_1711506584

  2. Step 1: Connect handset with the PC via data cable/ Irda/ Bluetooth Before connecting handset Lawrence_1711506584

  3. Step 2: Click ‘connect to the internet’ option After connecting handset Lawrence_1711506584

  4. Step 3: Enter ‘settings’ option Lawrence_1711506584

  5. Step 4: Select respective modem option Lawrence_1711506584

  6. Step 5: Press next Lawrence_1711506584

  7. Step 6: Select ‘configure the connection manually option’ Lawrence_1711506584

  8. Step 7 : Press next Lawrence_1711506584

  9. Step 8: Type ‘gpinternet’ & Press ‘Finish’ Lawrence_1711506584

  10. Step 9: Press ‘Connect’ Lawrence_1711506584

  11. Step 10: While connecting, PC suite will be disconnected via Irda/bluetooth/cable Lawrence_1711506584

  12. Step 11: After connecting to the internet, a message will be appeared on bellow taskbar Lawrence_1711506584
