Misión:Entender en todo lo vinculado con los registros de datos, de la actividad de Policía y Seguridad de la Fuerza, como también del análisis de cada problemática y/o modalidades delictivas que se suscitan en diferentes ámbitos, registrando los mismos en la correspondiente base de datos.- • Funciones: Registrar estadísticamente la actividad policial y judicial del despliegue, analizando tendencias y proponiendo acciones que orienten el esfuerzo preventivo e investigativo sobre los nuevos escenarios detectados.

CONTROLAR Y ANALIZAR PERMANENTEMENTE LAS COMUNICACIONES PREVENTIVAS A FIN DE DETERMINAR LOS EJES DELINCUENCIALES INFORMANDO EN TIEMPO Y OPORTUNIDAD SUS DESPLAZAMIENTOS O VARIACIONES AL DESPLIGUE Y COMANDOS DE LA FUERZA. • OPERAR Y CONTROLAR EL USO DE LA BASE DE DATOS CON LA CAPACIDAD DE GESTION OPERATIVA QUE PERMITA EL SEGUIMIENTO Y EVOLUCION DE LAS CAUSAS EN TRÁMITE. • APORTAR PRUEBAS Y PARTICIPAR, A REQUERIMIENTO DE LA JUSTICIA, EN TODAS LAS ETAPAS DEL PROCESO PENAL. • IDENTIFICAR CONCLUSIONES SOBRE LA PERTINENCIA Y RETENCION DE CAPACIDADES PROBABLES, RESPECTO DE LAS CONDUCTAS CRIMINALES EN EL MARCO DEL DESPLIEGUE OPERATIVO DE LA FUERZA.

  11. ¿QUÉ ES EL “SGO” ? ES UN SISTEMA INTEGRADO POR EL REGISTRO Y EXPLOTACION DE LA INFORMACIÓN QUE SURJA, SOBRE TODAS LAS ACTIVIDADES OPERATIVAS DE LA FUERZA.-

OBJETIVOS: • Registrar los procedimientos policiales y judiciales realizados por la Fuerza. • Relacionar personas (víctimas, autores, cómplices y encubridores ), actos delincuenciales, objetos, vehículos, etc. • Permitir realizar consultas analíticas y búsquedas, logrando asociar la información reunida.

  13. Carga descentralizada y en línea. • Emisión automática de Mensajes de Tráfico Oficial (polaux, polcon, previal, preventivos, proteciv, etc). • Estadísticas. • Información para investigaciones judiciales. • Extracción de información para otros sistemas informáticos (SAG, SICAM, etc).

  17. ETAPAS DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN 2008 Se finaliza con el desarrollo del sistema. 2009 Instrucción sobre uso del sistema al despliegue institucional. Prueba final del sistema. Lanzamiento del mismo y puesta en operación del mismo. 2010 Consolidación del sistema.
