  2. Releasing Time To Care The Productive Maternity Unit ‘Releasing Time to Care - The Productive Ward’ is based on work by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. The programme aims to increase the amount of time Maternity Staff have to provide direct care to our mothers and babies. 2
