AGILITY • This is the ability to change the body´s position and direction quickly. It can help avoid injury as well as hitting a ball
Balance • The ability to hold a posture without wobbling or falling over.
CO-ORDINATION • This is the ability to move body parts smoothly and accurately in response to what your senses are telling you.
POWER • This is a combination of strength and speed. • You need power to hit a ball hard in tennis or throw a punch in boxing
REACTION TIME • This is the time it takes to respond to a stimulus. For example how long it takes to respond to a starting pistol in sprint events or saving the ball in football.
SPEED • The ability to move your body or part of your body quickly. • EG The smash in tennis. Catching the ball in the slips at cricket.
