Flowering Plants The most important plant in the Plant Kingdom are Flowering plants or angiosperms. They are the most important because of their economic importance. They provide most of the products that humans use.
Non-flowering Plants Ferns, liverworts or moss, and gymnosperm are in the category of non-flowering plants. The most important of these are the gymnosperm because they consist of conifers like cedar or pine. In return we use these for resources such as paper, fuel, or constructing things like homes or cabinets.
