What does Grangeoak do? • Finds a way to effectively deliver your organisation's training and development strategy. • Analyses and aligns your skills needs with appropriate work-based provision from a network of providers who are Learning and Skills Council contract holders. • Assists with internal promotion to employees. • Is involved in first stage liaison and engagement with your organisation and employee teams. • Provides a team of consultants that have worked in the skills and further education sector collectively for over 25 years.

  3. What provision is offered? • Grangeoak works with a network of providers offering the following provision:  • NVQs and Apprenticeships at level 2 and 3 accredited by nationally recognised awarding bodies • Skills for Life – literacy and numeracy courses to support those working toward NVQ 2/3 • Programmes areas include: Business Administration Customer Service Retail Hospitality Team Leading Management Warehousing and Distribution Manufacturing Sports and Recreation Business Improvement Techniques Health and Social Care ITQ (IT NVQ) • Lengths of stay: • 6-12 months • How are courses normally delivered? • Delivered in the work place to fit in around working patterns

  4. Working with Grangeoak • Discuss your requirements with Grangeoak. • Complete a referral form detailing your needs. • Utilise the ‘online workforce analysis’ service if required.

Service costs • For employers wishing to be referred to training provision, skills analysis and referral services are usually offered without charge. • Additional workforce analysis services and subsequent internal promotion activities may be subject to a service fee dependent on the nature, size and scope of such activity.
