Log into Cisco’s Service Contract Center (SCC), http://www.cisco.com/public/scc/. Select Login to SCC.
Company name Will auto-populate, if incorrect, edit and select search

Reseller and Site are now set, select either existingcontract or newcontract
After contact information is entered, enter in the product serial number

Log into Cisco’s Service Contract Center (SCC), http://www.cisco.com/public/scc/.Select Login to SMS Renewal Tool.
Setting Your Default Distributor Select the Administration link at the top of the page.
Select Reseller Preferences to establish your personalized ordering preference.
Select COMSTOR as your default distributor from the pull down menu. Then enter in the email address where you would like your confirmations sent. Click Update.
Generating a Renewal Quote To access your Renewal Business Summary (RBS), select the appropriate link.
Once inside the RBS, you can access contracts in 1 of 3 ways: 1.Any of the 3 time period links 2.By entering your Enduser’s name 3.Date range for contracts that are about to expire.
Select the Renew button for the contract that you would like to renew.
Request Price From Distributor from drop down menu. Hit Submit.
After COMSTOR updates pricing, confirmation is received. Select Submit Order to Distributor from drop down menu. Hit Submit.
If you would like to Route your quote to your disti for modifications or adjustments, select Route Quote. Hit Submit.
You will need to enter in the CCO ID of the individual you would like to route it to. Add any notes. Hit Update.
